Withdraw from contract

Here you withdraw from your user agreement with Diaboliq, without signing in. We confirm receipt by email straight away, with the content of your declaration, the date and the time. Signed in, you can also do it in the app under Account → Data & legal with “Withdraw from contract”.

You pay for purchases in the app (single plan, BLAZE, message packs) through Apple. You withdraw them there, in the purchase history of your Apple Account.

The confirmation of receipt goes there, and it is how we find your account.

You can also withdraw by email to support@diaboliq.com, for example with the form in Annex 2 of our Terms of Use.

We keep your details in our database only until they have gone to our mailbox and the confirmation has gone to you. More in the privacy policy.
